Support Worker Vacancy
Full time – 37.5 hours (including 1 Saturday per month)
These are new posts and we are looking for someone inspiring with a desire to really make a difference to people living with dementia and their carers. The right candidate will be fun and friendly, caring and passionate about delivering high quality care and activities that are responsive for people living with dementia. You will work with an established and expanding team, providing hands on care both at Sage House and as part of the Outreach service.
