Full Time – 37.5 hours (including 1 Saturday per month)
We are looking for someone special with a desire to really make a difference
to people living with dementia and their carers. The right candidate will be welcoming and friendly, caring and highly passionate about delivering high quality advice and support. A hands-on role, working as part of a team to deliver high quality, friendly information, advice and emotional support while being the named contact throughout the person’s journey of dementia. Ensuring the best possible quality of life for our customers and their families is what Dementia Support are about. If this sounds appealing, then we want to hear from you!
The role involves working alongside our dedicated and amazing team of volunteers who run our Chatter Tables at Sage House.
