To commemorate Phantom's centenary year, on Sunday 14 December, the 2025 graduate cohort will each be completing a 25 mile hike from The Home of Rolls-Royce to Elmstead - Sir Henry Royce's beloved home in the village of West Wittering - and back. The hike will cover a combined total of 200 miles to honour both of our co-founders: 100 miles for Sir Henry Royce, and another 100 for Charles Rolls. This journey will honour Phantom across its eight generations, retracing the footsteps of Sir Henry Royce along the roads of West Sussex. The hike will be raising money for the House Charity, Sage House.
