Daisy's Dementia-friendly Cafe

A dementia-friendly café in West Sussex, open to everyone

Our current opening times are Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm. Hot food is served until 2pm.

Run by our friendly team of staff and volunteers, Daisy's Café is a bright, welcoming, dementia-friendly place where people living with dementia can enjoy a meal or refreshment alongside family, friends, and carers. It’s also a welcoming spot for local residents to meet up, catch up over coffee, or enjoy lunch, tea and cake, or a home-cooked three-course meal.

As a community hub, Daisy’s Café regularly hosts events and activities that bring people together. Keep an eye on our Facebook, Instagram, and What’s On page to see what’s coming up, or simply pop in and join us.

To book a table or provide feedback, please contact reception on 01243 888691.

Daisy's Cafe Menu

Our menu offers a relaxed mix of hot and cold food, from daily specials and comforting favourites to light lunches, alongside a range of hot and cold drinks.

We also offer an accessible, picture-based menu to support people living with dementia to make confident, independent choices — helping everyone feel comfortable ordering in their own way.

Everyday Living Support

Daisy's Larder

Located at the entrance to Sage House, Daisy’s Larder is a community pantry where anyone is welcome to take food or essentials if they need them. We’re always grateful for donations to help keep it stocked.

Pay-It-Forward

Our Pay-It-Forward board is a small way our café community looks after one another. Take a treat if it would help today, or leave a hot drink, cake, or meal for someone else to enjoy.

Warm Space

Daisy’s Café is a warm, welcoming place to spend time at Sage House, with space to sit, relax, and enjoy the company of others. We’re open 9am–4pm, Monday to Friday.

Daisy's Café Volunteers

You’ll always find a friendly face at Daisy’s Café, and our volunteers are there to welcome you and share a chat.
