Setting yourself a challenge can bring so many more benefits than simply raising money for a great cause. It can also help you to achieve your own health and wellbeing goals and give you something to be proud of. If you are unsure what you want to do to raise money for Sage House by Dementia Support, here are some ideas below for inspiration.
