Learn More About Sage House
The Sage House Story
Established in 2014, Dementia Support is a charity that has been delivering integrated dementia services from Sage House for over six years.
The charity was the vision of several local people who had experienced dementia within their families and understood the lack of support and help available.

They conducted a study which revealed that people did not know where to go or what to do once they had received a diagnosis or had concerns about memory or brain function. Ultimately, people felt alone and abandoned. The founders of Dementia Support felt passionately that these people deserved better.
Since opening in 2018, Sage House has positively changed the lives of thousands of families in West Sussex. Find out more about the impact Sage House has had here.
Following the success of Sage House, Dementia Support is looking to replicate the Sage House model in other parts of the country. You can find out more on their website here.
Our vision as a charity, is a society where dementia is wholly understood and accepted, enabling people living with dementia to be fully supported throughout the whole of their journey. Click here to read about Dementia Support’s vision, mission and values.
