The Wayfinders at Dementia Support are taking their pink sofa on tour!
The 2nd - 5th May is Wayfinder Week, and the Wayfinders at Sage House want to reach as many people affected by dementia as possible. Check where they will be and drop by for free professional information and advice about living with dementia.

We will also spend the week celebrating and showcasing the amazing difference our Wayfinders make every day.
