"Grandad Raymond Rogers, a true legend of a guy who was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and who sadly left us in 2017. Dad and I are finally (after the pandemic, a few injuries and recovery time) able to join forces and attempt our first ABP Southampton Half Marathon."
