You can order as many of each item as you wish, providing we have the space to fulfill them. There is naturally however, limited space available.

We are also able to offer split option of displaying pebbles and having additional pebble(s) to be kept by you for your personal keepsake – please advise at time of purchase.

Orders can be made via our online shop, in person at Sage House, or you can also place your order over the phone by calling us on 01243 958640 between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Yes, each item can be personalised.

Plaque: When purchasing the item, you will be asked to provide your words which will be added to the item. Please note there is no colour selection; each plaque petal will be ordered in sequence to complete the five petal flower. When entering your desired wording, please check the character limit and spelling. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order; should you wish to change your dedication after order placement, Sage House may have to ask you to pay an amendment fee. Sage House will discuss this with you at the time. Sage House is not responsible for misspelling.

Pebbles: You can create your own personalisation, through your painting on your pebble.

We kindly ask you to be respectful with your words.

There is no specific date to place your order item by.

Plaque: Due to their style of personalisation, they will be ordered by Sage House on a bi-monthly bases, with the item being included in the garden by the end of the following month. Sage House will keep in contact with you and advise you when your item has been added to the garden, so you are able to visit to see it. If you have chosen to have your item sent to you, you will also receive it by the end of the following month.

Pebbles: These are immediately available at reception for you to create at Sage House or at home. Once completed, your pebble will be included within our garden. If you are creating your pebble away from Sage House, please deliver it to reception for inclusion in our garden.

You do not need to make an appointment to view your item. You are welcome to visit Sage House and the garden any time Monday – Friday between 9am - 5pm. Please check with reception should you wish to visit outside of these hours. Please ask at reception if you are unsure of where your item is displayed.

Pebbles: over time the qty will grow and some will be laid across each other so not all will be visible, but please be assured all pebbles will remain in the garden.

Plaque: Your Plaque will be added to our dedication wall for 2 years. After 2 years you are warmly invited to give a further donation to continue to have your plaque on our wall, or you can choose to have it delivered to you as a special gift. Sage House kindly asks for a donation of £100 for a further 2 years. Someone from the Sage House team will contact you at the appropriate time to discuss this further with you.

Pebble: Your personalised pebble will remain part of our garden feature. You can create an additional pebble which you could keep as a keepsake if you wish to.

The items are primarily created to be included in our garden here at Sage House. If you would like to have a plaque or pebble at home, please discuss with the team at Sage House.

No, you do not need to have attended or currently attend Sage House to request a dedication. Proceeds from your donation for each item will go to support the services and resources provided here at Sage House, including the garden, and out in the community.
