Our Charity Christmas Double Up Appeal is here!
As the number of dementia diagnoses continues to rise, more families like Helen and Joy are turning to Sage House for help. We need your support more than ever to continue and expand our life-changing services. Can you help raise vital funds for your local dementia charity this Christmas?
From 2nd - 23rd December, every donation made to Sage House will be DOUBLED thanks to match funding from The Reed Foundation, meaning your gift will have double the impact. By helping us raise £200,000, you are helping provide families with companionship, care, and joy this Christmas and throughout their dementia journey.

Helen & Joy's Dementia Story
Helen’s dad, John, had been the devoted carer for his wife, Joy, until his passing in 2019, a loss that left a huge gap in both their lives. Now, Helen juggles working from home with caring full-time for her mum, who lives with dementia.
Sage House provides time and space that both Helen and Joy treasure, where dementia doesn’t define their day, but where fun and creativity do, bringing them closer together.

Our welcoming activity sessions are provided free of charge and bring people together providing stimulation and enjoyment through gentle exercise, music, art, reminiscence and social groups. Carers and their loved ones take part together, helping them connect and put their troubles aside for precious moments.
“It’s easy to become isolated caring at home. You can feel quite alone. At Sage House, we’ve found warmth, understanding, and a real sense of welcome and belonging.”
Can you give the gift of joy through activities this Christmas to people living with dementia?
How your gift will help:
-
Provide free, welcoming activities at Sage House and in community outreach groups.
-
Create supportive spaces where families can connect, share, and find compassion and understanding.
-
Expand and introduce new activity sessions to build confidence, increasing social inclusion, and delivering comfort and fun.

"When you go into Sage House everybody is so happy and lovely, friendly and upbeat. It’s just the most amazing place. It’s invaluable.” Reflects Helen.
Your kindness today will bring stimulation and joy to local families affected by dementia, this Christmas and beyond. Sage House is truly grateful to our supporters for your continued generosity and incredible impact.
