Community Outreach - Southbourne
Held every other Monday (excluding bank holidays) between 1:30pm - 3:00pm, the community outreach group at St John's Church, Stein Road, Southbourne, PO18 8LB, is a welcoming space where those living with dementia, along with their friends, family, or carer, can visit for an afternoon of activities, physical and mental stimulation, and socialising.
