About Sage House

Sage House is a bespoke, modern and functional community hub where we bring local Dementia Support services together under one roof. Located in Tangmere, West Sussex we provide the latest support, information, advice and activities to those living with dementia and their families.

Key facts and statistics*

  • We supported 1,497 people living with dementia across our community.​

  • Our team of Wayfinders made contact with 7,074 individuals, offering guidance and support.​

  • A total of 4,015 customers attended 249 community outreach sessions across West Sussex.​

  • We delivered 37 Wayfinding Support Group sessions, with 340 attendees.​

  • Our team provided 1,156 personal care and therapeutic service appointments.​

  • We hosted 705 activities, including Chatter Tables, in Daisy’s Café.

Local Theatre Performance ‘Reframes’ Dementia

On Saturday 28th September, Chichester Festival Theatre hosted a special performance run by The Reframed Project and inspired by workshops at Sage House, a dementia hub in Tangmere run by the local charity Dementia Support.
