Meet your Outreach Coordinator

Wayfinder - Emma

"I have worked at Sage House for the past six years, starting in Daybreaks before progressing into an Activity Coordinator role, and then moving into Outreach. Throughout this journey I have discovered how rewarding it is to support people through meaningful activities, and I am passionate about helping individuals build confidence, maintain their wellbeing, and enjoy themselves while encouraging independence. I believe it is important to offer a variety of activities based on what each person enjoys and would like to experience.

Before joining Sage House, I also worked within the care sector, which strengthened my passion for supporting people and making a positive difference in their lives. I am proud to be part of a team that is committed to caring for customers with compassion, dignity, and excellence, and to work alongside colleagues who share the same dedication to creating positive experiences for the people we support." - Emma
